Big Hole

[ When I drove the Balamb Garden ( or Ragranok ) to the snowy land near Trabia Garden, I saw a big hole. I couldn’t drive Balamb Garden to it. I tried to land the Ragranok, but failed. Anyone knows what is the Big Hole ? :confused:

I also saw that, and have no clue what it is. There is no way to get inside it, so it can’t be anything too inportant.

Some people say that it was caused by a Lunar Cry in the past. The most recent one (before the events on disc 3) hit Centra about 100 years before; and the crater on the Trabia continent may have been caused by a Lunar Cry before that.

Whether that is true or not, I think that it is the location where Laguna filmed the movie and had to fight the Ruby Dragon during the 4th sequence. You can’t get in there as Squall. And the fact that you can’t fly the Garden over the crater is to stop you getting to Esthar before you’re supposed to go there. 😉

I thought the Lunar Cry hit the ocean? That’s why the Deep Sea Research Center is full of monsters found in Esthar. (like Elnoyles and Iron Giants). I could be wrong though.

i thought that it was a crater created by the missle attack on tribia garden but i may be wrong

I don’t know what caused it but if you look around alot in the laguna sequence when your doing the movie you can get out to the world map and to that hole so I think it’s to stop you geting to trabia as laguna

I always thought as well that, that crater was the spot of the first Lunar Cry. It makes somewhat sense though since the whole area is magnetic protected and such.

You can go were the movie was ive been there before But thats not the place

i always though it was a stray missle, thats wot my human encyclopedia friend said…woo hoo, i guess he’s wrong, coz a missle crater wouldn’t cause that much interference!

I think it is alien related.You know those UFO on the game had to land some where ,but I could be wrong.

Yeah, i reckon that’s it. Since you mess around with the machines, some stray missiles could’ve blown a hole and made that crater there. That’s what i reckon.

yeah the hole is alien rerlated ya know the flyin saucers if you spot all of them you go back to the hole an a alien appears if i remember correctly:p

What do you mean? You don’t visit the hole or Trabia Garden in the past do you? Tell me how you can visit it.

<font color="4422BB"> when ur about to go fight the dragon as laguna while making the film you can the leave teh area and youll be north of esthar near where you find the coloured stones in the odel lake side quests. if you continue to go north you can find the hole. that is what stops you from going any further. </font>

Maybe there’s no reasonable explination.Maybe they just put that crater there to stop Laguna from going any further.They do that in all the games you know.
