ok, i think u know how this game goes, i say a quote then you tell me who said it and is you where…then the next guy/gal says a quote.
i dont know if there is already one of these games on here, but i could not see one…so…who says this?

No, it was Squall. Irvine was freaking out because he had to shoot Edea and, I guess because he didn’t want to confess that he knew who she was, he said the reason he was freaking out was because he was afraid of missing. So Squall said something along the lines of "Caraway said if you miss we should attack, so just shoot where ever, it doesn’t have to hit her. Think of it as a signal for us to attack."

My quote was from Zell, not Raijin. After the fight with Raijin, you go into the Balamb Hotel. Fujin asks what you’re doing there and Zell says "We’re here to liberate Balamb, ya know?! Err, I mean, we’re here to liberate Balamb!"

(this scene would probably be different, though, if you don’t have Zell in your party. I’ve only played FFVIII twice and both times Zell was in my party at this point.)

I think Zell is always in your party when you go to Balamb in Disc 2. I could be wrong, but I’ve played this part of the game around 6-8 times and whenever I don’t have Zell in my party, he comes anyways.
