How do you open the Lair for Odin, you need a 5 number Passwords. Sorta like this

If memory serves me correctly, there are two statues; each has an eye. Take the eye from the first statue you see going up; then go up farther to the second statue. Put the eye you have into the second statue, and you’ll be shown a code. I’d write it down; it’s randomized. Take both eyes out of that statue after you have the code, then go back down to the first statue, and put both of the eyes in it. Then you’ll be allowed to enter the code.

Also, there’s a time limit to beat Odin (although he’s rather easy to beat, just mass attack) If the time reaches the limit.. your game over. 🙂

Can I ask you guys a favor? How can you obtain Odin when you’re in disc 4?

If my memory serves me correctly, you can’t get Odin or any GF for that matter on the 4th disc…I mean I could be wrong it has been so long since I played FF8.

That’s true you don’t get any more GF’s on disc 4 however if you haven;t used the magic lamp u still can get Diablos at disc 4.

There’s some way to leave the castle on disc 4 and board the Ragnarok. I don’t know how but someone else should be able to explain. I don’t see why you couldn’t get GFs that way.

Also, you can draw GFs from the monsters in Ultimecia’s castle.

Yeah there is a way to leave the castle. I can’t remember it though :/

Also you can Draw the GF’s from the bosses at her castle. I dunno about Odin though, so get him now while you can.

Also here you can fight 20 or so Tonberrys after that you fight King Tonberry beat him to get him as a GF 😉

you can get out of the castle by going into the bottom or middly gate (dont remember which) its the one that gets u in marlboro country 🙂 . well go to the chochobo forest and get on a chochobo then ride it down the cost working your way around the islands till you get to the entrance to the desert (bottom side of continent right of edeas house) the ragnarok is there climb in. to get back there easily there is another gate that u can activate to go back to ultimicias. then u should be able to get odin tornberry cactuar doomtrai (with tornberies store abilities) bahamut and eden. and if not u can draw any of the gfs u might have missed from the bosses in ultis castle. hope that helps

You can get Odin on the forth disk along with all the other GF’s that you missed………………….Odin’s lair is considered a dungeon, not a city, so being that, you can go and get him
