Does anyone know or have the lyrics to the song that was played at the ending of LoD when the credits were rolling?

I know how it starts off but I dunno the rest of it. Help!

Okay, I’ve never played Legend of Dragoon, so I don’t know what the name of the song you’re looking for is. I’ve had a look around Google, and at a couple of FAQs. In one FAQ, I read that the song that is played at the beginning is the one played at the end, and I’ve been able to locate a couple of sites with the lyrics of that song, entitled "If You Still Believe."
