There is no such thing as a final move, you know 😀 but i guess you mean the Ray bomb, so you need to find a Power generator. You can get it in the Lunatic Pandora when you are there with Zell, but only if you triggered both the traps earlier with Laguna. If you didn’t do that you can always try to mug a Blitz enemy for it, good luck with that hehe, you’ll need it since the rate of actually getting a PG from it is 256/1.

Yes Ray Bomb is hard to get (I have not gotten it yet), but that is not the final Blue Magic………Shockwave Pulsar is the final blue magic……you can get it from a dark matter and in order to get that you need to refine 100 curse spikes using one of Siren’s(lvl 100) abilities I can’t remember which one.

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">The ability you need to use is Tool-RF. In order to refine 100 Curse Spikes into a Dark Matter, Siren will need to be at level 100. You can get Curse Spikes quite easily from Imps around Esthar and Tri-Faces on the Island Closest To Heaven. 🙂

the final is shockwave pulsar ( the one ultimecia’s gf uses) it is hard it takes 15000+hp if on lv 100 to get it go to the island closest to heaven and fight malboro with status def x2 with pain and confuse and rare item it get 10 curse spikes each battle.

if you want have shockwave pulsa ! you can eqiup rage item and
fight fobbiden in odin castle ! it will give you a lot of cuske pike if
you gave them a long time !

i must have been very lucky coz i got a power generator the first time i battled a blitz on disc 4
