Goku Drawing

I don’t draw many DBZ pictures but here is one of my few. I drew this basically freehand. Feedback appreciated.

P.S I just edited this post like 8 times to get the picture to show up so you guys better like it.

It’s pretty good. It looks like Goku, all right. I think you can add some more detail to the hair. It’s not that hard to draw dbz characters since they are just made of squares and triangles. This is better than what most people can draw. I’ve seen some pretty bad dbz fanart.

that’s really cool… the proportions from the perspective you have drawn it at (a well exectued perspective may i say) are near spot on… *yay* you… are you planning to colour/shade it… i have no idea what goku looks like so i can’t critique on the likeness front but as a sketch it’s technically fab ^-^

I think the hair is a bit too big, but other than that its really cool looking. Maybe shade him in and keep up the great work.:D

Nah, the hair isn’t too big. It’s super saiyan 3 goku. It’s suppose to be like that. Super saiyan 3 have really long hair that go all the way down to their knees. They also don’t have any eyebrows, which is why their eyes look similar to piccolo’s.

I like it, but I think Goku’s hair is sticking up far too much. I do understand that it is SSJ3 Goku, but the hair should be flowing behind him and towards the ground, not all pointing towards the sky. Other than that, well done!!

Well, you’re looking at goku from the top. The hair seems to be going up, but it’s actually flowing back. If you’ve read the manga, you see the artist do this to ssj3 goku’s hair all the time.
