Neither! Actually, Eiko and Garnet do have some kind of relation, but there is no way to prove if they were sisters or not. They may be cousins or something? But there is no relation between Amarant and Eiko.

Amarant and Eiko have absolutely nothin in common. Eiko and Garnet are both from the same tribe. (considering this tribe has been completely in isolation for 500 years, i would consider it VERY likely that they were related, though its impossible for them to be sisters. Eiko’s parents met and fell in love after Madain Sari was destroyed. Garnet’s mother died trying to save her on a ship. It IS possible that they have the same father, but i HIGHLY doubt it.
