never heard of that one mat but you can digivolve it to monzaemon by getting its stats thus:
Hp=3000
Mp=3000
Off=300
Def=300
Spd=300
Brains=300

go to toy town and get the monzeamon suit its alot easier then go and beat warumonzeamon and get a second suit for another digimon to use.
the only thing you could mean is vademon that means you must keep nuenamon alive for 15 years AFTER he digivolves
