Don't download those sessions. They are DVD rips from isolated score and don't sound very good, thus the need for the La La Land release. Also, since it is not completely possible to re-create the original album on the La La Land and since it has broader dynamic range (though I would argue too much) you really do have use for both the new La La Land and the original album. I would also suggest that the La La Land disc 3 is completely unnecessary.
