It's apparently one of the Club Nintendo Platinum Member Awards for 2011 in Japan.

The 3rd sample of the Mario Kart Wii soundtrack features, for the first time ever, the opening "movie" theme, without sound effects! YAY! Now, hopefully, as with most CN-Japan exclusives, someone will upload it here, right?
Does anyone have any idea of the tracklisting or anything, though?

I think it's too soon for anyone to have any info on this. Just have to wait until more time passes. If this is a full blown soundtrack, it should be very promising and awesome.

I really hope they go back and do official soundtrack releases for Twilight Princess and perhaps maybe even Skyward Sword.

Maybe late-mid November is a little early, but now it's December, does anyone know anything about, like what the tracks are?

Supposedly contains 43 tracks.

My guess is it will contain all the main tracks and themes minus the final lap versions and slight alterations to the tracks (example Koopa Cape when you enter the water pipe).

So, it's pretty much December 18th now... precisely 2 weeks today will be January 1, 2012.

Anyway.... is there any further news on when this will be released?
An alternate question would be... when do the Club Nintendo 2011 Platinum Rewards in Japan get released?

And, Arigeitsu159, do you mean they'll not have the 'variations' like Koopa Cape's river or pipe area?
They could maybe have a medley of the different variations on one track, where one merges into the other.

What I find odd is that we're well into December, infact, almost near the end. And yet no news on this other than:
1. It's a Club Nintendo Japan Platinum Reward
2. It's coming out this month
3. It has 43 tracks

No actual date, and no tracklist can be found.

So, has anyone here found, or does anyone know of any new information regarding this soundtrack? When it'll be available, and maybe a track list?

God dammit! Is there ANYONE on the entire INTERNET who has ANY idea when the stupid freaking platinum rewards are actually given out? It's December 20 now. And NOTHING. There must be SOMETHING about it.

Well I got an answer... except they pretty much told me what I knew... it's better than being completely ignored :(
