Note : Tracks bgm_gm_001 to bgm_gm_005 don't exist in the Ultimate, they only appear in Marvel Vs. Capcom 3.

If you are looking for MP3 files, use Goldwave or Flicflac, to convert WMA to MP3.

No, it's just the UMVC3 tracks. You can download all the tracks from the previous game here (Thread 86071), which has tagged and looped tracks.
