Taken directly from Kyd's website (took from browser cache files to be precise), these are 4 tracks from the ACR album plus one track from Kyd's own/independent debut album "Ultimatum".

As I was getting the tracks, on the website itself some funky stuff happened, stream names for ACR tracks were changed so you basically have the first and second version of the track names (in brackets). So, names were changed but clips stayed the same.

Note, I'm using the Australian store, so might be different globally. But check out iTunes, it's pretty incredible. Think this is the first time I've ever seen such a comprehensive public release for video game music! Consider my mind blown...

Kyd is still on the series! Good for him. I always felt he was one of two composers to do electronica with a sense of melody with great rhythm. The other one being Vangelis, and it's no surprise that both men are classically trained.

I am also glad to see that more and more western video game companies are releasing a "complete" soundtrack now. First Skyrim, now AC: Revelations. About damn time I say!

I just hope the complete ACR score won't be released only as a digital download.

I know some versions of the game are coming with a hardcopy of the "Official Soundtrack" like in Brotherhood/ACII but whether or not they're releasing hard copies of the 3 Disk version iTunes is advertising, who knows? I would highly doubt it. BUT, I'll take an OFFICIAL iTunes "Complete" release over any unofficial version any day! I've already preordered it, seems a no-brainer to support these kind releases...

...Gamespot had a short interview with Kyd, and they've uploaded two tracks from the game in a slightly higher bitrate than previously posted. 128kbps and (I think) they're longer samples too. Brilliant stuff, only 6 more days to wait for this score to drop...

Im trying to find the piece of music from ACR that plays when you go to the save data (PS3) menu on the PS3 and go the the save data for the MP Beta they had for ACR. Such a soothing yet haunting piece. Anyone know what this track is or where it is?

Edit: Its similar to the Aphelion track.
Edit2: its the same piece as the main track they found the voice for but its just the voice no bass or anything. Another option is does anyone know how i can rip it from my PS3 to mp3 or even just record it?

Ehh, Animus Editions have been shipped from Ubishop. I know for certain, because I've seen pics of people who've already got them.

That said, anyone expecting their copy to arrive earlier? I wouldn't mind ripping the Animus OST CD if I got it in time, but... no signs of it >_<

Some of the game pre- orders started to surface. The music CD is about the corner. In fact, some people already got it. So I guess that the OST should be here in less than 24 hour. Hoping that someone will upload soon.
