I'm pretty sure this is Scooby-Doo "The Mystery Begins" which was made just for TV, and not Scooby-Doo "3", which would have been the third movie installment that was planned but never made due to the box office failure of SD 2. Because this made-for-TV version followed the movie SD 2, it might be referred to as SD 3, though it actually is not. "The Mystery Begins" was the first of 2 made-for-TV films based on the same characters that appeared in the 2 previous feature films (SD1 and SD2). Regardless of all that, the music is by David Newman, and has never been commercially released, so we are certainly happy to be able to hear this bootleg. Thanks for sharing it!
