It has looped and cleaner versions of a few of the tracks, like the intro theme, which has some characters' voices played over it - they didn't separate music and voices there. That might be a plus though, since it sounds better with voices in my opinion. My gamerip includes extra tracks like the Battle on the Big Bridge though, and the vocal themes by Bump of Chicken, which are probably my favourite tracks in the game.

Final Fantasy Type-0 was just released today in Japan (or yesterday, just went online today and I already managed to rip out the music. First again, because I'd already done the same for the demo (Thread 94063).

Since the MU and MF uploads are going so slow, I might just name them first using the OST that was posted here, and then upload it.

Bump. I updated my gamerip and reuploaded everything to megaupload. I'll start uploading to mediafire right now.
The tracks are now correctly named and tagged. It's also currently the only available gamerip as far as I know.
I prefer it over the original soundtrack because it has the theme song by Bump of Chicken and its variations in it.
The Battle on the Big Bridge theme is also included here. They didn't put it in the soundtrack (probably because it's from Dissidia).
Some tracks are also different from the ones in the soundtrack (Kind Tears and In the Abyss for example).
It's worth checking out.

@zzjlgb: I added a mediafire link for the original files archive - that should work in your country. It doesn't contain the PMF files though, just the AT3 files extracted from them using pspdemux. The PMF files take a lot of space on my hard disk so I already deleted them. I could rip them again, if you want. Just say the word. ;)
