Yeah but it all depends. Like with Terminator 2, that was Varese, but then re-released by Silve Screen. Technically, since the tracklist and the material used is the same, it shouldn't have been posted, but because it was by a different label, it was acceptable. It's technically the same with recording sessions (although a little bit different) - if they weren't sourced from the Varese release, are they covered by the rule banning Varese?

That's the first time i hear this. When does Jessie said that the unreleased tracks can be posted?

I thought the deal was that even the unreleased tracks cannot be shared in public, if the music of the OST is only licensed under the VS label. Or any of the others banned labels for that matter, yet right to share if the music is reissued by any of the non-banned labels.

I can PM Jess, see if he will verify here. Anyone could always pm him, and ask about this stuff. he is very nice, only bites a little, on the full moon. Mostly....

I don't think it's as bad as 15 minutes missing. I just took a flick through the film, and the only cue I saw that's definitely not in this set is from the very start of the bank sequence - an electronic piece based on the chords of the 'To War' theme.
