Yeah, there was supposed to be pre-orders. But the site was running slow on Oct. 1st.
So I guess they scrubbed the pre-orders and just going at it on the 11th.

I'm still trying to figure out if any third-party sites are going to be selling album in FLAC.

So far I see just Amazon in mp3 and Void Recordings in CD/Vinyl.

I was really wanting to just buy the CD and I probably will later. I just wanna hear how it sounds on album since it wasn't exactly the most beautiful thing to listen to in the movie so I'll stick with MP3 for now.

I just bought it. I had to go in and fix the tags but just loaded it into Multiupload. News on the Amazon MP3 release is unfortunately it's in the lower to mid 200's range but rest assured it sounds great and from what I've heard I assume it's complete but I'll have to verify that later. Anyway, be patient, guys.

Kinda curious about how Charlie Clouser's score would've sounded after his work on James Wan's Dead Silence but now I simply can't imagine it without Bishara's chilling score.

No problem. Sadly, I was incorrect on my judgment. The album isn't complete but I doubt many will be complaining since some of the biggest pieces from the film are on here (the only cues I noticed missing were the ones where Rose was chasing the weird looking kid around and the music following Dalton's line of "Oh my god. He's looking" and alot of the music associated with the demon. Seems kind of weird since Joseph Bishara played the demon yet most of the music from his scenes is cut from the album.

His first appearance behind Josh at the kitchen table is there but his first real appearance in the lair is missing. It was a letdown but there is more than enough freaky material to dive through to satisfy the masses.

Now if only I can figure out the title font... :sad:
