I just want to point out that splitting from the cue (at least with Medieval Cue Splitter) results in a cut off track 2 of disk 1.

Edit: The same goes for track 6 of disk 3, it's also cut off at the end. It's easy to fix though, by editing the cues. Just a heads up.

I just noticed your edit.
Open the cue in notepad and change the "INDEX 00" time of the next song to the problematic one to a few seconds later without surpassing the "INDEX 01" time. Then save the cue and use it to split the track properly.

I may be a little late on this, but I just want to say that I very much appreciate this upload! I never really thought about it too much while playing through NiGHTS Journey of Dreams, but the soundtrack really is captivating. It's definitely part of why I have such good memories of the game.
