they say u can steal purifying salt from monks in yevon dome. wheres that?

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">I'll assume that means Fallen Monks, and the only dome I can think of was in the Zanarkand Ruins which leads to the temple in Zanarkand. I only ever remember being able to steal Candles of Life from them (or was it Holy waters..? I think it was Candle of Life), although you can probably get Purifying Salts as a rare steal.

well i cant find any other way of getting 60 purified salt's .

There is one other way, Capture at least 4 of each monster from the dragon species. These
are: Vouivre (Mi'ihen Highroad), Lamashtu (Mushroom Rock Road), Kusariqqu
(Thunder Plains), Mushussu (Sanubia Desert), and Nidhogg (Cavern of the Stolen
Fayth or Mt. Gagazet).

This will unlock the Arena Boos Fafnir, and this wil also get you Purifying Salt x99.

Monster: Abadon - Purifying Salt x3 (common)
Fallen Monk (both) - Purifying Salt x1 (rare)
Warrior Monk (both) - Purifying Salt x1 (rare)

I suggest you capture 4 of the dragon spieces...
