"Harmony of a Hunter is an album created to mark the twenty fifth anniversary of the Metroid franchise. A vast number of people contributed to this project to celebrate and mark this historic franchise, which includes music from the original NES Metroid through Metroid: Other M for the Nintendo Wii. The album features a diverse range of talented individuals covering a variety of genres which we hope will appeal to many musical tastes.

We hope that Harmony of a Hunter will be a fitting tribute to this wonderful series."

Zelda's 25th anniversary is advertised by Nintendo everywhere with big projects and concerts to celebrate it's long success. Metroid's 25th on the other hand is totally ignored by Nintendo as of yet. But fans and artists celebrate what Nintendo does not, and it is certainly a great franchise. Metroid has stunning atmosphere, unique and excellent music, and gameplay that still holds up today. It is among my most favorite game series alongside Legacy of Kain, Total War, Zelda and Mario. Happy Anniversary !

I was very afraid of this album, since the last ones of ocremix are not achieving my expected thing from them. :/
This album is definitely as good as my precious "Relics of Chozo". I am astonished. I have not get out of the first cd yet.
I am very pleased with this work from all of these guys. A true masterpiece. :)
