Here is the 1981 LP Raiders Of The Lost Ark: The Movie On Record. I found this recently and I know another Shriner was looking for it,..so here it is. The quality is a bit "lo-fi" but it's the best I could find (I kinda like the "crackly vinyl" sound anyway). I was gonna "clean it up a bit" with restoration software (might still do that)...but thought I'd toss it out as is. Cheers.

Awesome. Thanks so much for this. This was a truly excellent record. No narration, the real actors, produced by Ben Burtt, and some of the lines are different versions than in the movie. Downloading now!

OMG. I used to have this on vinyl back in the day, and LOVED it, but it got lost or misplaced in moving somehow. Thank you SO much! You've filled that little hole in my nostalgic heart that was missing this.

Wonderful release, as close as we'll ever get to something like the NPR Star Wars radio dramas for Indy.

[EDIT] Btw Marian's face in the cover art is really weird. Looks more like Sigourny Weaver there

I used to have this! Actually, I think I still might! One of a very few records I kept from my collection (along with a bunch of 45's from the 50's that my Dad had).

Anyway, there's more information and I think some other downloads available over here...

Just been through the whole thread and none of the links work (for Temple or Crusade) though there is some great artwork on pages 2 & 3.

[EDIT]

Found Story of Temple of Doom on this blog post: http://dartmansworldofwonder.blogspot.com/2010/03/more-adventures-with-indiana-jones.html

[EDIT 2]

Story of Last Crusade is here http://www.mediafire.com/moedred#hkb22jhf03ra7,1 (and Raiders / Temple and audio from Infernal Machine the PC adventure game)

Along the way, via the TheRaider.net forum, there was a link to these Readalong adventures (with Indy & Star Wars) http://www.readalongadventures.com/flash/downloads.htm

Do you mean the John Williams soundtrack album? Then, yes, I do.

Any chance you could share it please? I'd like to hear again the album I grew up listening to (my first three scores, that my dad had copied to tape from LP, were SW:ROTJ, Ghostbusters and Raiders)

I'll see what I can do. I have a CD version of the original LP buried somewhere in my boxes from our last move. I don't have that version ripped to my hard drive since I have the expanded versions. The original LP is buried somewhere too, but since I don't have a turntable, that's even trickier.

Apparently the Dartman's World Of Wonder Blog site says they obtained one for Crystal Skull as well? Very interesting, didn't know it had one..

I was doing an internet search about this record to find a synopsis on it (Because I am too lazy to write one) and I came across this forum. The copy that Cratinus so graciously provided has been floating around for a long time and I always thought it sounded a bit tinny, so I went down nostalgia lane and bought the record off of Ebay. It was cool seeing it again as I lost the copy I bought in 1981 when I was 12 years old. I recorded my own copy using my direct drive turntable and my laptop. I think it came out very good. Anyway I thought I would share it with you guys as you might appreciate it.
