I just wondered if anyone else is as stoked as me about the new chrono game. Yes, i know lotsa ya think Chrono Trigger was best, but i've intentionally excluded that from this lil "whatchathink" just to see what you, uh, think^_^ Personally, Crono Cross was as close to perfect an RPG i've ever played, a deep story with all the bells and dings of new graphical power, so i'm not sure Square can outdo it. We'll see, either way, the chronos will always be classics:D

I can�t really say anything about the game till it�s actually out in the market, but I will say that the series should�ve ended with Chrono Cross, so I�m not really sure if I�ll buy Chrono Break simply for that reason.

Well, can't say for sure until there is actually something that we know about Chrono Break.... for all we know, it's probably a Paper and Pencil RPG game imported on the PS2.

Probaly though; the whole ps1 is not the ps2 buisness should make the game look better graphic wise, dunno if it's gonna top CC story wise though, but they'll probaly get close =p

I seriously hope there will be less dimensions and more time eras... it got so confusing, I went through the right dungeons in the wrong world and did not find out until the bitter end...
Time travel was funnier.

As for the question. I can only say what I hope for CB. We know absolutely nothing about the game. We know the title, okay. I am pretty sure I will love it because of my strong Chrono-addiction... it is just... yet another piece of the big puzzle that I love so much, the story of this world I am so very fond of because I kind of helped shape it over all those millions of years, hehe.

I don't know if it will be good or not but they better bring back things from chrono trigger they left out in chrono cross. (Time travel, Dual and Triple techs with everyone)

I'm not trying to diss CC because I loved everybit of it. I think they should fallback on classic elements to gaurantee sucess. ( Chrono Cross bashers anyone?)

I really can't wait to see some details being released...It's gonna be great...I can feel it.

<font face="lucida calligraphy" size="2">Chrono Cross was good, but Chrono Trigger was far superior in my opinion. If they indeed are making another Chrono game, I'd like to see a more substantive plot, characters, and a return to a battle system more like Trigger's. Chrono Cross just had too many parts and bits of information that were too vague and could be interpreted in so many ways that it got a little incoherent for me. If Chrono Break follows that same pattern, I'll be a little disapointed.

But hey, no information on it yet... who knows what it'll be like.

I dont konw cause chrono cross was a sweet game, but Crono Break probably have better graphics.
