Either you have not downloaded the complete file, or the software you are using to open it is not handling the data correctly.

That sounds in the right ball-park.

My guess is that it's the version of winrar that you are using that cannot handle the FLAC data.

Try downloading either a more recent version of winrar, or an alternate piece of software. There are many free bits of software on the net.

I myself use 3 different packages for .rar files, and 2 others for .zip files.
