EDIT: "No SFX" might be a misleading term when it comes to this one. ("Isla Cruces" and "The Bone Cages" both appear to have SFX.) Sorry about the confusion; honestly I didn't gather much information about this version or other versions before posting it here. I'll keep it up just for reference purposes, and in case anyone comes along who does not have any version of an expanded score and would like to access this one here.

Is this the one that's been floating around for awhile?

Most likely. I was hunting around for the score online and found this expanded version on a blog, so I figured nobody would have anything to lose if I uploaded it here (it didn't come up strikingly in any of the searches).

This appears to be the "Extended Experience" that came out a while ago, except with fewer bonus tracks at the end, but with the tracks that were posted on Geoff Zanelli's site as well as the one from Trevor Morris' site.

Anyone able to tell me the tracks that have been found on the web (composer's sites) for the 4 movies besides what's on the official albums, the remix album and the stuff from Sponsler & Gire?

Um...is that even a question? lol. But seriously, yes. I mean my score has 48 tracks. This expanded score is basically my version's third disc. Oh, and this version doesn't even have "Jar of Dirt" from Magic Box Music.

Dimensioner....yours is a rip of dvd right? I am looking for all of the fx free tracks there are, can you give me some info on that? I know there is no "complete" that is fx free, but I would settle for a few more tracks..

The three suites from the OST were thrown in here. They don't belong where they appear--technically they don't appear anywhere. I can't exactly tell by the track titles--since most have been renamed from their original titles--but I think the only thing that's missing from this one is "Jar of Dirt," which should go where "The Kraken" suite is. Also, Geoff Zanelli had a slightly expanded version of the first cue in "Tia Dalma"...which it actually looks like the OST version wasn't even included. I wonder what that "Bone Cages*" track is.

I have a list elsewhere, detailing all cues available that are SFX free, if you're interested. Of course, I'll have to check with someone else to see if it's alright with them.

As a hobby, sometimes I Google complete score for Pirates movies to see if anything new comes up, and I've never encountered this version before.

This list in its original format, with a few unimportant sentences removed. When the word "you" appears, it originally referred to Takehiro, but it can apply to y'all as well.

1. Ive Got My Eye on You - Cue 1 (0:00-1:30)
2. Ive Got My Eye on You - Cue 2 (1:30-end. Theres just a short pause between these, so I dont know if its worth splitting up.)
3. Jack Sparrow (first 40 seconds only; intro plays three times instead of two: just the first two seconds; mixes into unreleased stuff.)
4. Beckett Compass (came from some Hans Zimmer site around the time of the scores release. Im not really sure because I missed it. In the movie there are a few seconds clipped out in two places. Its probably only available in 320kbps mp3. CORRECTION: this is available on the Magic Box Music site under their Virtual Resume.)
5. You Look Good Jack (although there are two segments in the track that use different orchestration in the film.)
6. Cannibal Island Cue 2 (0:48-end. Its credited to Geoff Zanelli, but Im pretty sure it wasnt on the website that is now down.)
7. Cannibal Island Cue 1 (0:00-0:48. Alternatively, this is the same cue that is on the OST, Dinner is Served, 0:00-0:48, only it sounds slightly different. If you wanted a proper end to this cue, youd have to use DVD audio.)
8. Elizabeth Escapes (incomplete cue, recorded from a DVD menu.)
9. Dinner is Served Cue 2 (0:48-end. Unreleased music plays before it jumps into this, although most of it is just cannibals chanting and dancing.)
10. Bone Cages (Geoff Zanelli piece that came off the site that is now down. Its divided into 3 cues, but unreleased music plays between them so there isnt much of a point to split them up.)
11. Tia Dalma (The original track is divided into cues at 0:00-0:24expanded clip not included, 0:24-1:29, and 1:29-end. Various unreleased cues between the breaks, so there isnt much point to splitting them since they will be played one after another anyway.)
12. The Flying Dutchman Arrives (another cue released on a site long gone, now only available in 320kbps mp3. CORRECTION: this is available on the Magic Box Music site under their Virtual Resume. It is by no means the whole cue, thoughor even what it sounds like in the film.)
13. The Haunted Dress to Tortuga (short cue written by Trevor Morris. I dont think its on his site anymore.)
14. Two Hornpipes
15. James Norrington (some short cue that Ive only seen on the Extended Experience set. I dont know where it came from, but it fades directly into the following cue. They are considered one track.)
16. Davy Jones Plays His Organ (the actual film version of the cue has not surfaced yet; instead the organ solo from the end credits can be substituted for a similar sound. Alternatively, you could include the Davy Jones suite from the OST here.)
17. A Family Affair (one of the only OST tracks unaffected; it plays exactly how it does on the OST.)
18. The Game of Liars Dice (30-second clip recorded from the DVD menu. The cue is within a much larger unreleased track.)
19. Summon the Kraken/The Kraken Hammer (yet another cue whose origins I do not know; only available in mp3 form. Youll have to use the version from the Extended Experience)
20. Kraken Attack on the Edinburgh (clips from The Kraken suite can be used to resemble this although there are still some missing parts, and the film as completely different orchestration. See the Extended Experience version. Alternatively, you could include the whole Kraken suite here.)
21. [A cue I named What You Want Most] (The Extended Experience includes a direct recording from the DVD audio because it has very little SFXextracted audio has even less SFX. The second cue here reuses Summon the Kraken except in the film it has slightly different orchestration and a different ending. It fades into yet a third cue whose origins are unknown. All of this can be found in track 16 of the Extended Experience.)
22. Wheel of Fortune (another untouched cue from the OST, although the film has slightly different orchestration. However, that could be due to compression.)
23. Jar of Dirt (this is available on the Magic Box Music site under their Virtual Resume. The movie features slightly different orchestration and the last segment of the music has electric guitar noise overlaid on top of it.)
24. Hello Beastie Cue 1(0:00-3:21)
25. Hello Beastie Cue 2 (3:21-end)
26. End Credits (DVD rip I suppose)

The large majority of both the Jack Sparrow suite and The Kraken suite are unused apart from being featured in the credits. Motifs from the Jack Sparrow suite occur more, but they just sound so different. Several arrangements from themes used in the Curse of the Black Pearl also occur.

Enjoy

This doesn't exist, it is only a track list I gave to Takehiro so he could make his own personal expanded score. He may or may not put that up here at some point. I don't really know.

I don't like it when people use the term "lifted". So, also to Bioscope, can you be more specific? A majority of the material from suites on the Soundtrack Treasures Collection 4th Disc was unused music. It's what we got instead of someone giving us complete scores.

Oh, well that's easy. Just look at the music in Audacity, or listen to it. Because of its over-amplified nature, it is from "Curse of the Black Pearl," specifically the track titled "Barbossa is Hungry." It's on the OST. Who would have guessed he composed music for a film that was credited to Klaus Badelt that was actually composed by Hans Zimmer?

lorf cutler beckett
the pirate lord of singapore
just good business

also are there any other fx free cues for world's end, and could you link me?

The Dimensioner

I feel like I already said something about this. All of those cues except for "Jones and Jack," technically don't belong anywhere. They came from the Soundtrack Treasures Collection Disc 4, and are suites that were mostly unused...wait, I did already make a post about this--my last post. "Jones and Jack" came off Magic Box Music's web site and it is just the intro to "I Don't Think Now is the Best Time" from At World's End.

The only other expansions from At World's End can be found on the Magic Box Music web site, and I also know that Geoff Zanelli did a few tracks. His work is included in that folder of music sweetmeats posted the link to on page 1.

Also, if you were interested, you could have a listen to my complete score--SFX are vastly non-intrusive throughout the score, and there is a bunch of SFX-free material I found on the Bonus DVD.

@cheeseparty67, that won't be necessary, not just because the CotBP is expanded because of DVD menus, and the AWE just has the suites from the Soundtrack Treasures Collection, but because you can also find them fairly easily by doing a Google search. Or check out this thread full of (kind of falsely) expanded Pirates scores: Thread 90331

First impression: 4.4MBs? That is obscenely small for the number of tracks you say are there.

Second impression: "Wedding" is previously unreleased, but the mid-segment almost appears to show signs of an attempt to remove voices with the karaoke effect. Also, this is not the whole cue. Near the end are five seconds of music not heard in the film.
"Island" was available on Geoff Zanelli's site once, although the insert at 0:49-1:03 was missing in that track. Again, signs of the karaoke effect are noticeable.
"Beckett and Turner" is previously unreleased, but it too shows signs of karaoke. At the 0:50 mark, it is merged with a track known as "Beckett Compass" given to us by Magic Box Music, but there is a bizarre amplitude jump at 1:12. This is consistent with the usage of this track in the Bonus Features DVD.
"Deal with Jones" is previously unreleased, although the start of the track is the end of the track "Flying Dutchman Arrival" given to us by Magic Box Music. There are bizarre fade-ins and -outs, and the music skips around at 27 seconds in. The cue never finishes playing and fades into the following cue. Again the karaoke effect is present.
"Pintel and Ragetti in Boats" is previously unreleased, but it loops like how I've seen it gets used in the Bonus Features DVD. Also, the cue is incomplete. I will have to label this one a phony.
"The key to the Chest"...ripped from the Bonus Features...okay, we get it now.

Third impression: if you have access to the complete score, why is it not at any better quality? This is in mono and a 32000 sample rate. Don't apologize for the quality.

Conclusion: These tracks are ripped from the Bonus Features DVD and had the karaoke effect performed on them to eliminate dialogue as best as possible. These are not really from the complete score.

You don't. No one cares about old bootlegs like this one because the recording sessions (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f92/dead-mans-chest-expanded-score-recording-sessions-124937/4.html#post2242583) leaked. No more SFX.
