I wanted to know if Final Fantasy X International has the option of
menus in English.

I believe it has, since FFX International is somewhat like the european version of FFX (I could be wrong there though, but meh.. someone will correct me for that xD)

If you are talking about the Japanese version of Final Fantasy X International, there is an option to have the menus and text to show in English.
