Actually I don't know. Would hope it is different but by the same composer.

I took a look at PSP version of Xyanide Resurrection. They use .arc extension for audio files.
Tried converting it to .at3 following Infernus' guide (that he showed me earlier), but it didn't work - VGMToolbox wasn't producing any at3 from arc.

So next I'll check the PS2 iso of XR, and hopefully they used a different type of conversion there.

EDIT: PS2 has also extension .ARC but there actually Ogg files inside of them, which can be extracted with Nova Software Extractor.

The music is similar, but definitely not the same, and I'd say more up-beat techno and less dark.
I'm gonna look up the credits for the game, see if Alex Otterlei is still a composer for this one.
