Wow the quality in this game is crap, MP3 80kbps, What were they thinking, No choice but to leave it as it is, edited the main mp3 files. but kept there source. Nice score though.

I think because the game is so big they had to do what they could to save space. (360 version is on 3 discs!)
Dissapointed they couldn't up the bitrate for the PS3 at least.
It sounds surprisingly clear though, but it still sounds incomplete.

Space was not the problem on the PS3 version. I will try to get Simon Hale send me the cues in a better version.

Oh, just for the record, composers on the game were (original songs not included): Andrew & Simon Hale, Bob Brockman, Larry Grenadier and Woody Jackson.

Not have torn much space on a blu-ray. Blu-rays are Up to around 100gb...

PS3 can commonly use dual layer BD which is 50 GB. I've yet to see a game that would require more layers, but it can happen. Xbox 360 uses dual layer DVDs (8.5 GB) however because of some Microsoft copy protection and other crap, only around 7.5 GB can be effectively used on one disc, so that means more than 25 GB on bluray remains empty for this game. And that's a whole second layer. So the PS3 version likely uses single layer bluray 25 GB, no need to go with dual layer in this case.

There are still some GB left on the disc that could have been used for the music. And the FMOD system that has been used for the engine supports lossless files.

For what I've understood, FlameUpload changed something about its infrastructure, and by doing so it actually busted all the VGM Legacy uploads.

As far as I know they started to re-host stuff to MediaFire, you might want to try and request a reup of this, if it hasn't already been reuploaded.

I'm going to chime in on this as well. I have all the other stuff like the licensed music, the remix, and even the score on iTunes but I want that other music like the music when you're catching a criminal on foot. I need all that music I just replay this game just to hear that music.

Yeah that one and the one while you're driving, it's really hard to figure out the names since they were never given any sort of name. On the official soundtrack it's called Use and Abuse, Pt. 1 it starts out like the first couple of seconds.
