I know there was a FFVIII cutscene compilation released not long after FFVIII was released (I managed to grab one), and your upload is identical to the one I have. Not trying to be critical etc, just that there was a compilation of FFVIII's cutscenes already available.

No, sadly it's not in HD. Just the same definition as what was in the game back in 1999 (year of it's release).

No matter, FFVIII cutscnes are just awesome =D
