Christopher L. Stone did this one, don't be surprised if you're not familiar with the title right off because it isn't that well known. The music was outstanding though, particularly for a (fairly) low-budget childrens' film. There's a few rips from the VHS on YouTube, but no one's ever even brought up the OST.
