did you copy/paste it? sometimes it needs to be typed in by hand, because somehow copying leaves a little space that makes it seem as if it doesn't work....

When you copy the text in the browser, sometimes together with the text is copied an extra space symbol or any other technical symbol. I always copy the password initially inserted into the text file.

Also, I have found that sometimes when you paste and copy, you can get an extra space at the end, so I always start at the END of the word, and drag to the left, or front of the word before I hit the "C" button! Works every time now!
