Just for one A World Without End this score is worth listening and buying. And it's not the only reason. Cathedral City Blue is another, or The Vampire Train - what a massive thrill ride, even despite drums (but not so "crazy" drums as in Thor, there are where drums place is - mostly in background)! Whole score is really good piece of action/horror music writing, with real orchestra and powerfull choir as main, and very filling course, add a bit, but not much, of electronica and you might know what monster you are dealing with;). Also it's nice to see, that it's still possible in Hollywood to write rather classical, orchestral music (despite aforementioned drums, and cliched ostinatos - even if I like 'em). Overall great music.

How is the movie compared to Legion? At least it's a 'little' better than Jonah Hex...

For some bizarre reason, I only found out today that Christopher Young scored this film!! not sure why I hadn't looked up the composer before. So glad they went with Young and not Jablonsky or someone.

Really excited to listen to it, seems like a perfect canvas for Young's glorious horror scores. Thanks for sharing!

Brilliant. Love how it's these sort of shitty movies that can get some great soundtracks. Like, Last Airbender, I never end up watching the movies, and can appreciate the score without the burden of having images from the film ruin the tracks for me.

LOL - I agree. Kind of like Legion; not a great movie by any means, but a pretty good score. Still haven't attempted to blind myself by watching The Last Airbender yet...

Unfortunately the film is nowhere as good as the score. Unless you really enjoyed "Legion" I say save your money and catch it as a rental. The actors, Bettany, Q, Urban, do what they can with the script but there's not much to work with. Why Hollywood buys the rights to books, or Korean manhwa in this case, and then completely alters the very plots that made the books popular mystifies me. Young's music is so good he should have scored "Thor." A good movie with an absolutely forgettable score.

The original uploader posted this a few days ago on another of his threads....

Hope everyone has enjoyed this and my other uploads. As of today, this will be my last post here due to the fact that another site has been downloading the scores I post and posting them on a blog site. I've been suspicious about this for awhile and today it was all but confirmed when I looked at the site and saw this title posted there along with the picture I took with my iphone 4s. It seems this particular blog posts stuff almost always after things get posted here (and not just the scores I post, but other's posts). Maybe one day I will return, but it just gets under my skin when I see this happening. Thanks to everyone who has given me rep and their kind thanks for the various scores I have posted over my time here.

Take care,

Herbert West
