Thanks Babydoll. I have this CD. It is great. The "unreleased" stuff on the third CD is not Jan Hammer. It is a fan who did some stuff to try and recreate Hammer's work. It is terrible by comparison but better than I can do. :)

It's work from a guy called Rick Leon. He used to post his Jan Hammer covers on Miami Vice related websites in the late 90s and 00s. It's ok, considering Hammer hasn't released many of the tracks that he covered. Dadrian Wilson was another fan to do this.

The Miami Vice Complete Collection cd is a true rarity these days. They've been selling for hundreds of dollars on Ebay. Be lucky if you've got an actualy copy.

Thanks for the heads up, but the Truman stuff is just SFX rips and the Hammer ones are covers. Nice to listen to though.

He has only a few covers, but those are very good made by Dadrian Wilson. He did great work to mimic Jan Hammer. The other tracks are isolated from DVD. :)

Although I'm not selling it - I love Jan Hammer too much!

Thanks for these! Dadrian Wilson's mixes are incredibly close to the Hammer Source, really appreciated the fact that he covered some of the best unreleased tracks that didn't make the 2-disc commercial release.

Many Thanks for this collection, Babydoll. At one point I used to have the two single disc OST's from the series, but it's a safe bet my younger brother nicked them away years ago.
This is a great way to get a dose of the mid-80's.

Just downloaded this and going through it and there seems to be 2 tracks missing from disc 2. Track 7 "Clues" and track 21 "Runaround"
