I remember reading a review by Bruce Eder a few years ago and he stated that it was one of the last great Orchestral scores of the 1970's before everything started to mimic John Williams Star Wars style.

This score is in my regular rotation.

jerry goldsmith was one of the most creative and gifted american composer of this century.
i remenber when he died they talk about jerry goldsmith like 30 secondes in the french tv news.
its really a shame that music composer have always been considered like a minor art.

Well Varese is distributed by Universal Music Group so I would think so.
