Well, the AAC format have a lot of profiles and standards, some used are:

- CBR (Constant Bitrate)
- ABR (Average Bitrate)
- VBR-C (Variable Bitrate-Constrained)
- True VBR (True Variable Bitrate)

The most famous is VBR-C, the standard from the iTunes Store, named iTunes Plus.
VBR-C is a limited VBR, limited by the BR you choose.

True VBR isnt limited so the bitrate will be determinated by the complexity of the track.
Meaning you will have a smaller file with a better quality because of the efficiency of the True VBR standard.

iTunes Plus is good but AAC True VBR is just better.

TVBR>VBR-C>ABR>CBR

all my music files are ACC CBR @320kbps.

However, this True VBR sounds really good! Thanks a lot for the info.

Agreed. I think the soundtrack is amazing and it deserves to be listened to in better quality. Would it be possible to reupload?
