There are actually expanded scores to all 3 movies. They just can't be posted here because the original albums were released by VS but luckily you can pretty much find them anywhere. SoundtrackZone is your best place to go to find them.

That's what I was referring to, silly. Sadly, none of the source music from the "Stab" film-within-a-film has surfaced as of yet that I'm aware of.

Would you mind PMing me the links of the versions you have? I'm a few cues away from completing my Scream collection and from the sounds of it, you may have what I need. Thanks in advance.

BTW: I don't even think 90 minutes of score was even recorded for the first Scream film. The "complete" releases are missing certain stingers and I counted three missing cues. Scream 2, to my knowledge, is ALMOST complete. The "Stab" source cues are missing and I noticed two alternate stingers used for two chase scenes. Scream 3 seems to be the least complete. It's missing about 3 or 4 stingers, almost the entire finale piece (which was butchered in the film itself and even re-edited previously used cues) is missing (the cue right after Sidney escapes from Ghostface through the bookcase up until "Maureen" under the bloody sheet is revealed to be Roman). Also, an ENTIRE SECTION of music is missing from the "complete score" that would have underscored the fight between Sid and Roman (the version used in the movie was a composite of re-edited music from an earlier scene and original music. The fight between Sid and Roman where Roman stabs the counter with his knife barely missing Sid's face has yet to surface and the version offered on the "complete score" is almost entirely alternate.) Not to mention that on the finale cues, the way they are presented in the film, well, they are completely mixed around in the incorrect order on the complete release.

If you could help, that'd be great.

I will get to it at some point soon. If I forget, just remind me in a week or two :)

i am looking for the song from Collective Soul "She said", but not the soundtrack version!
in the movie there is another version of this song with an orchestral intro, heard in 2 scenes (in the restaurant after derek sings, and at the end just before sid walk away)
if someone knows where i can find it! it will be great!
