Hey everybody,
long time forum reader and video game music lover but almost-never poster. I'm sincerely asking for help with identifying the name and style concerning a specific form of shouts recognizible in Japanese culture and music. Hints or links to there I can download mp3s with the shouts would also be awesome! Thusly, I'm presenting my quest to you good people. :)
The shout is like a "hooooo" or "yoh" and is audible in for example Okami. You can hear it in the (YouTube - Okami - Boss Battle Clear (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LQjjQZQnWU)) and (YouTube - Okami - Victory Cry (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rDT4lRDT-1k)). I'm really hoping someone can help me give my search a rest since I've been searching forums, the web and youtube like mad.
