Never found one but since i never saw the mini series i wasn't aware that some music were missing... =\
But i don't think that an official extended version was ever released, i'll search for some more information.

I know at least that there was more music recored given this quote by the director Greg Yaitanes of Children of Dune on Brian Tyler's offical website (http://briantyler.com/cd/children_of_dune.html)..

Great thread, I'm a huge Brian Tyler fan!...I'm trying to separate and labeled the complete & rejected score for Constantine, I'd like to separate which tracks are composed by Brian & which is done by Klaus Badelt...I heard Klaus came in late in the project though so I'm wondering which tracks belongs to Mr. Tyler. that's right it's the 53 tracks. I see, well I had some little digging myself the other day and it seems that the ones used in the film or the soundtrack release had Brian's orchestral composition with Klaus adding his electronic stuffs to make the music more fit/hip with the theme of the movie.

I'm new at using uploads for the share but I'll see what I can do soon enough to upload the 53 track (complete) I had if you wish to or some one here might already beat me to it or has the link already in place would be even better...

It makes sense, that's why the cover says it's composed by both.
But since Brian Tyler uses a lot of electronic stuff too, i doubt that Klaus Badelt was the only one doing the programming. But it's some nice information bugz1235, at least we have some clue about the production of the score ^^

I thought this score had a very Jablonsky sound to it, just with heavier percussion. I was actually blown away by it to be honest, as I also never really followed him before now.

true. At least we can be sure to be addicted on his compositions. :) That is one of the things that I like the most on Brian Tyler. Scores of 30mn make me a bit mad, when I do not get those that have like the joke of 19mn. :(

I can't imagine anything about that film not being great. Written and directed by Shane Black, music by Brian Tyler, Ben Kingsley as the villain. I cannot wait :D

All the versions I have seen to this day or read about it weren't complete.

i have never rated brian tyler. his scores are a joke, though i do think he could be finding his style with battle la. his battle la score sure has a john murphy twing to it ;)

Seriously? You think his scores are a joke? You've clearly not listened to many of his scores. I read here of people comparing him to Jablosnsky or, as you did, John Murphy. He's been in the business as long as either and composed more scores than either as well. Tyler has been pegged as someone good at ultra-modern scores like the ones he's done for the Fast and Furious franchise, but that barely scratches the surface of what he's capable of. Try listening to Children of Dune, The Greatest Game Ever Played, and Dragonball Z. Those scores show far more diversity than Jablonsky or Murphy is capable of. I like Jablonsky's work, by the way, but I don't think he's quite capable of what Tyler is.

Tyler's been one of the most underrated composers in the industry for several years now, but he's finally starting to get the recognition he deserves. Iron Man 3 finally put him in the spotlight, and his score for the Thor sequel will surely continue this streak. I can't wait to hear the Thor score - I think it's right up his alley - and I feel confident that it will only help to secure his rightful spot among the A list composers. It should also, I hope, help him to shed the image producers have of him only doing the ultra-modern type stuff and allow him to finally put all of his talent to work.

I think what differentiates Tyler from the other composers mentioned is his range. His scores harken back to the previous generation of composers much better than most of his contemporaries, and he should be compared with the likes of Giacchino, not the Zimmer copycat bunch. You can disagree all you want right now, but I feel pretty damned confident that time will bear out what I've said here.
