Found on the thread I've linked you, under "The Lion King (Genesis)". I've downloaded it, and it's the game's music.... Unless you're talking about a game different from the disney's adaptation, which hitted also SNES platform.... I own the game cartridge, and I remember for sure that most of the music was "Genesis versions" of the cues heard in the movie, Elephant Graveyard had Be Prepared as BGM, for example. You might want to re-check with some gameplay videos on Youtube.

If you want Genesis music in native format (when it only needs an average bitrate of 160-192kbps), rip it yourself. Spend some of your time and don't have others waste theirs to give you something which, in fact, doesn't really offer much improvement in regards to quality.
