You will be pleased to know this is an MP3 Mitayashi. It is similar to MP3 320kbps but with a smaller file to elimated the sounds that most people cannot hear. The link Sanico kindly gave still works.

This 320 kbps rip is oddly low quality (16 KHz frequency range, much like this other 128 kbps rip (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f92/akira-kurosawa-soundtrack-thread-129351/#post2301608) i found in the Akira Kurosawa soundtrack thread).

I've found a higher quality (19.5 KHz frequency range) vbr 224 kbps rip (http://www.mediafire.com/?fbmmt2ggzg5) on another forum (http://www.giantrobot.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1386706#post1386706).
