I got my C79 CDs as part of a group order organised by Doujincore, so can't give a definite answer to that, sorry :erm:
I guess it'll be available at akibaoo, toranoana etc, but I don't think they ship internationally. White Canvas might IIRC, but I've never tried ordering from them (need to get round to that one of these days).
