pathcache was just scanned for AT3 files.
I can't convert these with at3 to aa3. There's something wrong.

Of course not, that's the old ATRAC format (identifier 0x7002) - just decode them with any audio editor after installing the atrac codec. KMPlayer can also play them.
I used atrac3plus_tool now. Can you send me your at3 scanner please?
