i'm sorry to say this but 7zip are not supportive on my computer only certain ones like (rar, and zip files)

Ok, I've given up hope.... Don't waste my time with this. Learn the basics of computer usage first.
and the worst part is the screenshot says he is trying to create an archive rather then open one.
