Never mind, MultiUpload is dead and I don't have this anymore.
This is sourced from the FLAC rip of the Azel ~ Panzer Dragoon RPG ~ Memorial Album posted here (Thread 65961) on the forum, so thanks to sazzrah for uploading it. (I changed the tags though, based on VGMdb's tracklist, somewhat illogically I'll now admit, and what composer credits are available.)
I noticed about half the non-movie tracks on this album do not loop, so I went about looping them using Audacity. The total number of unlooped tracks is actually 20, but I thought extending "Theme of the Blue Ruins" a little would be good because it faded out before the loop was fully through and it's short enough not to be too much. I used the SSF (http://segaretro.org/Saturn_Sound_Format) set as a reference for accuracy, but all of these use the files from the CD rip, except for when a song faded out before the loop had quite completed, in which case I patched in just that section from the SSF and tried to keep the sound as even as possible. If I remember right, this happened only twice. I don't think you'll be disappointed with any of these. The list of changed tracks is as follows:
Disc 1
09. Transformation 1
10. The Chaos Within the Silence
11. Transformation 2
12. Giant Being 1
13. Rest
14. Breath of Life
15. Theme of the Blue Ruins
17. Forbidden Land
19. The Black Fleet
22. Dragon's Spirit
25. Shellcoof
Disc 2
05. Giant Being 2
08. Dream
13. Holy Chariot
15. Interception
18. Village of the Seekers
20. Theme of the Red Ruins
24. Sestren
25. Vision 1
26. Vision 2
27. The Final Battle ~Recurrence~
I have uploaded both the full soundtrack with the looped tracks integrated and those tracks alone for those who already have the album. This brings the total running time to just short of 3 hours. Also, in the SSF set there are three tracks and one alternate version not found on the album. These are the two variations of the Panzer Dragoon Zwei theme from the Aronak Unit (which I've joined into one track here for what I felt to be a nicer flow), "Village of the Seekers" at a faster speed and higher pitch with slightly changed instrumentation (this was the only version used in the game it seems), and a third "Giant Being" track different than the other two. I added some (not overpowering) reverb to these to make them fit in better with the sound of the album. There is a set of three "Lost Tracks" out there on the internet, but the Aronak Unit songs in it are in mono and it's missing "Giant Being 3". I've also included the game version of "Village of the Seekers" looped and unlooped, along with the original unlooped track from the album. This is for anyone who might want to listen to both versions back to back without the length getting tiresome. :)
The FLAC is split into separate parts, but the single part MP3 pack includes the extra tracks with it for your convenience. I also uploaded them separately for people who might only want those.

Unfortunately, the best place on the web for SSF sets was removed a few days ago, so I'll provide the one for this game here (http://anonym.to/?http://www.multiupload.com/P4P64W6RX1). Every good wish to HCS!
If there are any problems or questions or if I've made any mistakes, feel free to say. I'll happily address the issue. I hope you enjoy.
