I can't wait for this, I hope it isn't a dissapointment like OOTP and HBP where the soundtrack was too quiet and too boring to listen to a=not to mention I'm not a fan of the newer HP films they are also a dissapointment I wish that they didn't make it so dark and the special effects were so bland that you can't see whats happening

Disagree on all accounts, and if you had read the books, you would notice that the stories also get darker.

What I mean about dark is the special effects

I don't think it's actually physically possible for this to be as disappointing as Hooper's "efforts" -- so at least we can rest easy as far as that's concerned. From the samples, it sounds like it might be pretty solid - Desplat taking a little bit of Williams' playful nature and filtering it through his dark, brooding, French sensibilities... Not to mention the happy appearance of some themes - how I've missed THOSE in Potter scores!

For the most part though, I'm reserving judgement - but I'm optimistic, very optimistic indeed.
