The first thing that came to mind was 'Imagine if the whole series was done this way'?

The plot was deeper,
The animation was better,
And the characters & story got more development in 1 hours and 30 minutes then they normally do in several episodes of the series combine.

I understand that the Pokemon series is normally there just to sale the games and toys, like the Transformers series, but why can't they release some kind of OVA that does both...at least for the older fans?

Are you dyslexic by any chance?

No, I think Tanis just forgot to type 'watching' when he wrote the title of the thread. I often find that I'll leave out verbs when typing while sleep deprived. This is unfortunate, because verbs are important~

I can fix the title if you want (though I kind of like it).

I think a lot of the Pokemon movies have pretty good quality animation! I remember being pretty impressed with how nice some stuff in the Darkrai movie looked. The budgetary differences between the movies and the tv show must be huge, though. Since Pokemon's such a cash cow I've no doubt they could afford to cut corners a lot less than they do on the tv show. Maybe the new stuff will be a little higher quality?

also I drop words from sentences when I am tired, when I am sick, and when I am excited. Between the three of these things, I have to pull quick edits on my posts all the time, because I look at them and realize they make no sense. ; ;

1 and 2 were pretty good, 3 and 4 were okay. 5, 6, 7 were really not up to par, but 8 got back on track again somewhat. 9 was pretty good, but not as good as 8. 10 and 11 were okay, but not great. 12 was definitely better than 10 and 11 though.

It took a while to get used to the new voice actors after 8, but I guess it worked out okay. Still would prefer to the original Ash VA though.

I do wonder what the delay in releasing 12 here in the States is though.

Why is this in GD?
When I first read the title I thought it was a joke thread, but then it wasn't.

I liked whatever the one was with the Unknowns taking the Mom & Pop and then giving the little girl powers to create Entai to replace her father. It was like a Star Trek or Dr. Who episode and kinda sad, Even sadder when cartoon betwork cuts off the credits so children don't know about the mother coming back too.
