Hi folks,

there is a beautiful official OST out there and "OrangeC" did a great job to rip every piece of music, which is in the game. Mor than 160 minutes of bombasic orchestral music!

The official OST focuses on the actionparts of the game, but there is mauch more music, tender music, so I made an album from the rip of "OrangeC". Just for a better listening.

I edited the track together, which belongs together and did cut out the repeating parts and some "fake" orchestral titles.

Now there are 22 tracks. The album has a length of 139 minutes. A lot of music ... perfect music.

I use Rapidshare, cause I have an Account there and my files will be stored for a long time. I don't want to reupload them every six weeks.

When I loading my album eith "Winamp", ist shows 2h 18min 47sec. I I am correct this would be about 139 minutes.

And when I'm loading it into AIMP2 it shows 1H 41 minutes 21 seconds. But what the difference, who cares, what matters is this awesome score:).

True, just noticed it. Tracks are much longer than what appears in AIMP. Sorry for fuss.

It's way better than the offical release. This is really an excellent score (for a game), people should give the music of Lord of Shadows a second chance and listen to this.

Having listened to it I agree with Klnerfan. The sound on here is much more natural as well because they added too much gain on the official release.

The music, although technically good, is pretty much devoid of individuality. (Seriously, Oscar Araujo should credit Howard Shore as co-author.) Still, it's a good listen. But what you did there, direx, is just praiseworthy, so kudos and thank you very much!

I always enjoy your custom OSTs direx. The difference between what you do and the full rips is the difference between having a tasty 5 course meal or having the restaurant's entire menu served in the same bowl with the drinks poured in for good measure.

Thanks for your work on this, Direx! really enjoyed the soundtrack album, so curious to hear more music from this. I know there's the other "sound versions" of this out there, which I assume are the complete game rip, so debating which version to end up with, but always eager to see a custom soundtrack experience!
