If I'm not mistaken, it's on the 5-disc Daizenshuu set, disc 5, track 11, around the 4:40 mark in the song. Just do a search on the forums for the DBZ music collection thread and d/l disc 5 of the set.

Thanks for the assistance. I actually found it on youtube (finally) by searching Shunsuke Kikuchi instead and it was one of the first page of results.
