This isn't Season 1. It's the Pilot score. The entire first season hasn't even aired yet, I don't think. In any case, I'm certain an album hasn't been released for it.

There are individual tracks floating around on youtube and such, but no album. Bear McCreary says he has something 'special' planned for Caprica fans late 2011, early 2012, which would probably be a season 1 score. (He's particularly proud of what he did in the last episode.)
So, not yet, but someday, maybe.

I think yesterday he said on Twitter that he was working on the season 1 soundtrack. He even posted an image of the waveform (or whatever those squiggly lines are called).
