I think any recent torrent client allows you to select the files that you want to download. Try to open the torrent file on your client, choose the files that you want to download and uncheck everything else ;-)

C'mon man! I think it's much easier, effortless and less time consuming (for both of you) to get that album alone with the torrent instead of asking somebody to reupload it. From my experience, nobody save the .part files, since it's just an intermediate step to upload it to the web server, so 90% they would have to get the album, compress it and split it again, and then upload ALL the parts again...
