With the fun factor in FFT I think that Square should re-do or create another FFT. With Ramza still being the protagonist and having Delita as the enemy. I've made alot of thought with this in the past, (I've even laid out a format of the game and stuff to send to Square, but never followed up) and I think that we could somehow petition a plead to make a new FFT. It may take alot of time but I believe that it would be highly worth it. If they do decide to make one (grant that we can convince them) they should produce it like FFX. With graphics and such, yet try and keep the same battle format. Let me know your thoughts and I'm open for criticism.

Well I don�t know if you�ve heard but there�s an FFTactics game for the Gameboy Advanced.

Yeah , I know... but that FFT has nothing to do with the FFT for PSX since is a completely different story and it seems thas is indicated for younger people than the one for PSX so it should be a simpler game...
What we're talking about is a FFT2 made for PS2 and continuing the story of the first FFT or something...

Oh how I crave a new FFT ehehe. FFT on GBA will hold me over for a couple of months but i sure wish they would make a brand new FFT on PS2 with the old characters, perhaps with ramza's late father as the protagonist.

That would be a good idea as well. I'll try to get on it and petition for the game and see what I can do, simply b/c this jibber jabber isn't going to do anything. If you have any ideas let me know and I'll add them in an e-mail or phone call...

If i made a new FFT i would add combo's techniques like chrono trigger. An simple twist but it would be sweet.

Hmm... Job mixing would be another sweet idea. I know you can sorta do that but i'm talking mixing techniques as well.

Example:

Knight + Mage = Warrior mage techniques: Flame slash, Lightning strike.

some unique twists would make FFT more addictive ya know?

i like that idea! but would it be like in FF9 where Vivi and Stiener have "sword magic" or would a single character be able to use these abilities?

I think a new FFT would be awesome.. it doesn't matter to me if they keep the main character or setting, storyline or whatever.. as long as the storyline is good :P.... and it should be ONLINE! (see my thread about that ;) )
