The Outlanders music was mostly recycled from a few tracks of the L-Gaim BGM. It was also used again for the Hi-Speed Jecy OAVs, and I want to say it was also used in the Moldiver OAVs but it's been a long time since I listened to that. Not sure of my memory anymore. But definitely check out L-Gaim and Jecy for more of it.

Really? Didn't know that... Well, I'm happy the music got re-used for the Outlanders OVA, otherwise I wouldn't know about it... Didn't know a thing about the others titles, I guess I'll check them out. Too bad Outlanders didn't get a proper series, you can't condense 8/12 volumes in 50 minutes �_�
Oh, well... Luckily I managed to get hold of a physical copy of this OST off a guy, pretty hard nowadays.

This is a bit of a bump, but I wanted to say thanks for sharing this. I had searched a lot for it a few months back and couldn't find anything. I have it on tape and was actually in the middle of converting the tape over to digital when I figured 'why not?' and searched again to find this :)

Kei Wakakusa is a Wonderful composer. You should check more of him. I uses a lot in his soundtracks those Hard Blowing instruments like tubes (don't know how it is correct in English :/)... He uses it and Abuses it.
It is a great composer for you to check out. :)

I've been wishing I had bought this soundtrack since I saw the CD at an anime convention around 20 years ago. I either didn't have the money or they sold out before I could get around to buying it. Probably sold out now that I think about it. I had no idea it would be as rare as it ended up being.
